A new dedicated, anonymous tip line has been established in B.C. for residents to report information about extortion attempts and violence against the South Asian community.

On Thursday, B.C. Public Safety Minister and Solicitor General Garry Begg said a new Crime Stoppers campaign aims to raise awareness and encourage reporting from the public.
