A youth has been convicted of manslaughter in the 2022 stabbing death of a man in Surrey, B.C. 

Leroy Billy was found by police with stab wounds near 184 Street and Fraser Highway around 10 p.m. PT on Aug. 18, 2022. He died later that day in the hospital. 

The convicted teen, whose name is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was found guilty of manslaughter earlier this month and is scheduled to appear for a sentencing hearing in March, the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team said …
