Police say no one was injured in crash involving out-of-service bus, impairment not believed to be factor
CBC NewsMetro Vancouver Transit Police say a TransLink bus crashed into a traffic pole and came to a stop in the front yard of Surrey, B.C., home on Tuesday morning.
Transit police said they responded to an incident involving a TransLink bus just after 5 a.m. PT at the intersection of 132 Street and 88 Avenue.
They said an out-of-service transit bus was reportedly travelling northbound on 132 Avenue when the driver tried to avoid a westbound vehicle entering the intersection.
